Large, rounded-square dish or bowl in porcelain, with decor in blues and greens, browns and purple.

This piece is from the exciting and successful new "Tenera" range introduced in the late 1950's.

In production from 1959 (but under the Royal Copenhagen name from 1970).

Inge-Lisa Koefed's painted cypher appears below the Aluminia "beehive" mark (used from 1903-1969). The painted mark to the right is that of an unidentified decorator.

Background: Aluminia (founded 1863) was purchased by Royal Copenhagen in 1882. The Aluminia name was discontinued in 1969, with production continued under the Royal Copenhagen name.
Inge-Lisa Koefed was with Royal Copenhagen from 1959-1965, and rejoined as a freelancer in 1973.
