piece is from the exciting and successful new
"Tenera" range introduced in the late
1950's.

Inge-Lisa
Koefed's painted cypher appears below the Aluminia
"beehive" mark (used from 1903-1969). The painted mark to
the right is that of an unidentified decorator.
Background:
Aluminia
(founded 1863) was purchased by Royal Copenhagen in 1882.
The Aluminia name was discontinued in 1969, with production
continued under the Royal Copenhagen name.
Inge-Lisa Koefed was with Royal Copenhagen from
1959-1965, and rejoined as a freelancer in
1973.
