Art Deco Stoneware Vase
by Denbac - France
9" high

Circa 1920's

This is a particularly interesting Art Deco form, showing evidence of the transition from Art Nouveau, in its sensuous mouth and body, and biomorphic, arm-like handles.

Covered in a wonderful, blue, black and brown, semi-matte with scattered micro-crystals, flowing over a warm wheat.
