Large,
baluster form ceramic vase decorated in the cameo
technique.
The upper and lower portions of the body are in dark
Midnight Blue hi-glaze, gradually shading to Matte finish
and a lighter Midnight Blue, and finally to Cream toward the
center of the vase.
The decor of four different trees surrounding the center
stands out in dark Midnight Blue hi-glaze, cameo relief
against the Matte, Cream ground.

technique, more commonly associated with glassware, as in
