for Royal Copenhagen
10" diameter x 3-3/4" high

Unusual and attractive centerpiece bowl decorated in a stylized motif of floral petals, in cobalt, red and yellow, the design very much in the Delft tradition. Finished in finely pitted salt glaze, the base remaining in a chamotte.

Ink-stamped Aluminia "beehive" mark (used 1903-1969). Possibly by Berte Jessen, circa mid-fifties.
