Large, thick-walled vase, of crystal-clear glass, internally decorated with swirled stripes of amethyst. Form is an oval cross section, its top pinched in the middle to form two mouths, and giving the piece a 'stretched-wing' upper section (see photos, lower left)..

Unmarked, but probably Murano.

 
Fully ground and polished base.
