Pair
Bear
Bookends
Each:
6" long x 5-3/4" high
Pair
of heavy bear-form bookends. Covered in a mottled brown
over mustard high glaze. These are neat pieces and well
done. I think they're American, but I've not been ab le to
identify a maker. Fulper quality; possibly Camark;
other?
One
bear has been repaired (see below).
Detail
of mottled glaze.
As
found. One bear in Excellent condition. No chips,
cracks, repairs, etc.
The head of the second bear has been broken off and
re-glued, as seen in the photo below.
Priced
accordingly.

A relatively clean break on the neck of one bear has been
re-glued. It is solid, but the break is visible, as shown.
This is barely visible -- or, 'bearly', if you prefer ;-) --
on the left hand bear in the photo at top left. It's an
easy fix for a restorer.
Priced
accordingly.
